These Terms and Conditions govern your use of this website, our online quote form, live chat and newsletter, operated by Farm Refrigeration & Electrical Systems Limited ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in Kenya with offices at Air-cool House, Busia Road, Industrial Area, Nairobi.

By using the website or submitting a form you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

2. Information on this website

Content is provided for general information about our engineering services in Kenya and across Africa. It is not technical advice for a specific installation. Specifications, capacities and project details are indicative; every system we supply is designed and quoted for the actual site conditions.

3. Enquiries and quotations

• Submitting an enquiry does not create a contract. It is a request for us to contact you.
• Quotations are valid for the period stated on the quotation and are subject to a site survey where required.
• A contract is formed only when a written quotation, purchase order or service agreement is accepted by both parties.
• You confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to request the service for your organisation.

4. Live chat

• Our assistant gives automated, general answers. For anything specific, ask to speak to a member of our team.
• Chat conversations are recorded so that we can respond, follow up and improve our service (see our Privacy Policy).
• Please do not share passwords, payment card details or other sensitive information in the chat.

5. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the website, including by attempting unauthorised access, introducing malicious code, sending spam through our forms, or using automated tools to scrape content.

6. Intellectual property

All text, photographs of our projects, logos and design on this website belong to us or our licensors. Client names and logos are shown to describe work we have carried out and remain the property of their owners. You may not reproduce our content for commercial purposes without written permission.
